Return policy

What can I return?

Everything except the following:

  1. Pre Order products that are customised are not returnable
  2. Adult sizes of all products are not returnable
  3. Products with additional sleeves, dupatta or personalisation are not returnable

All returnable products should have its original packing, labels & tags intact. It should be unused and in a saleable condition. Returns must be initiated within 7 days from delivery date

For all orders delivered within India, a restocking fee will be charged on every item returned.

INR 99 per item if it is sent by you

For all orders shipped but not accepted within India, a restocking fee of INR 199 per item will be charged

How can I return eligible products?

For orders delivered in India:

  1. You can simply login to your Little Desi account and schedule a free reverse pick up
  2. Alternatively you can email us at lildesidigital@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Please mention your order number and the product you want to return in the email.

For orders delivered outside India:

  1. Please email us at lildesidigital@gmail.com within 7 days from the delivery date with your order number and eligible products you would like to return
  2. You need to ship the products back to us within 7 days from the delivery date. Return address: Shree Rashmi Dresses,D3-D8 Neuron House Prime showcase,Prabhadevi, jv patel compound, 400025 Mumbai Maharashtra, India
  3. You can send the products with your friends/family or a local logistics company
  4. You will be liable to pay the return shipping and Indian customs charges which is non-refundable

When will I get my refund?

  1. Once we receive the return, the products will go through a quality check
  2. After the product passes the quality check, we will issue a refund to the original mode of payment
  3. For all orders delivered within India, a restocking fee will be charged on every item returned.

  4. For all orders shipped but not accepted within India, a restocking fee of INR 199 per item will be charged
  5. It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
  6. In case of COD orders, we will need your bank account details to process the refund
  7. Any shipping charges, customs duty / taxes are not refundable

What if I have received a faulty/defective product?

We are super diligent about our quality checks. In a rare case if you receive a faulty/defective or have any issues with the product, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please include your order number and clear images of the defect/issue in the email.

What if I received a product that does not match my customisation request?

We quality check every product before it is packaged. Customisation are double checked by a dedicated team. In a rare case if you receive a product that does not match the customisation request, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please include your order number and clear images of a tape measure on top of the product.

Good to know:

  1. Product measurements can vary by 1-2 inches since the method of taking measurements is variable
  2. If body measurements are provided for customisation then the outfit can be up to 3 inches more than body measurements for girls and up to 5 inches more than body measurements for boys. Also the loosening can vary for each design.

Do you offer an exchange of sizes?

The exchange option is not available. Nevertheless, you can always return eligible products within the return period and place another order for the size you need.

How can I cancel my order?

  1. Pre-Order / Customised products can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order
  2. All other products can be cancelled until the order is shipped
  3. Please email us at lildesidigital@gmail.com in case you want to cancel your order. Please include the order number and the product(s) you wish to cancel in the email

Other Policies

  1. Balance on gift cards cannot be en-cashed
  2. Once a product is used, we can not ascertain the durability since the usage of the product varies based on the individual
  3. Product images are professionally clicked due to which sometimes the colour of the actual product may vary from the image
  4. In case a product is missing from your shipment please email us within 24 hours of the receipt of the shipment for us to investigate further
